March Curk Kit

This Curl Kit for the month of march was amazing. It was a take over box for Crème of Nature. It had three full sized Cream of Nature with Argan Oil from Morocco products. The box included: The Moisture & Shine Shampoo, Intensive Conditioning Treatment, Leave-in Conditioner, & Foaming Wrap Lotion. There was also a coupon for $4 of the next purchase of a Crème of Nature product. I used the coupon the same day to purchase the Twirling Custard from the same line.

I used the products from the March Curl Kit in hops of achieving the greatest wash and go ever. Well, to be honest, that didn't happen. But, what did happen was a very good twist out. I ended up twisting my hair. I added bantu knots to the ends. I slept in my hair over night giving my hair the chance to dry completely. The next day my hair was defined, shiny, and soft. I really loved the way my hair felt with the products from the Curl Kit and Crème of Nature.

I have not really thought about using Crème of Nature products since I stopped using their relaxers. I guess I was feeling some type of way about the line because I had stopped relaxing my hair. I realize now that wasn't being fair to the brand. The brand is more than just relaxers. I'm missing out on good products for my natural hair because I'm only associating it with relaxers. I say this to all naturals, don't turn your back on the brands we used to love because they made relaxers. Give them the chance to see what they can do for our natural hair. You just may be surprised just like I was with Crème of Nature.
